Refund policy

Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange your item, you are able to do so within fourteen days from the day you received the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags.

Please email info@akihistudios.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns are paid for by you, so you are able to choose your preferred shipping company.

Refunds
Once approved, you’ll receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please note sale items are final and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged or faulty, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
